Live Arrival Guarantee
It is important for us to do business, we guarantee our fish arrive safely.
We want to make sure you satisfy and happy with the purchase. The Live On Arrival Guarantee applies to Air Cargo and all FedEx/UPS shipping options.
If your fish arrive dead, please take a photo right away before you cut or open the bag. Failure to do so will violate this policy. You will send an email to [email protected] and attach the image of the shipping bag with the fish inside. We will let you choose a new fish that is the same price or less as a replacement. You will need to pay the shipping again, and we will ship the replacement fish to you as soon as possible.

Get The Actual Shipping Rate
You can get the actual shipping rate on our platform by adding the fishes those you want to buy into cart. Click on VIEW CART or proceed to checkout, you will need to provide your shipping address. The website will give you the actual shipping options with actual cost.

Air Cargo is a highly recommended air service for fish delivery. It is the safest, fastest and most affordable for our customers, especially for high value fishes or multiple fishes in one order. The fish will fly from our Boston Logan (BOS) Airport to your nearest Airport. You will need to pick the package at the Airport Cargo area. We highly recommended this because the fishes will take the road with us to the Airport, flying, and take the road to their forever home by you. It is much better that we drive them, instead of delivery man.
An Air Cargo Office of Delta Airline
Air Cargo may sounds scary like you have to go into the Airport to pick up from the Airplane. No, it is not. It is similar to when you got a mail delivered to you local Post Office. The Air Cargo package is similar to the mail, it arrives at the destination Airport and stay there waiting for you to pick up. Most of the Airport will have Air Cargo area where companies like Delta or Southwest will have their pickup area/office.
Air Cargo Pickup document needed:
- Recipient’s Driver License
- Airway Bill (The Tracking Number that we provided)
To find the Cargo area, please search on Google Maps for the Airport Name and Cargo Service Name. For Example: “LAX Southwest Air Cargo”.

When will my order arrived? How to Track?
Track Your Package
You will receive these when your package has been departed:
- SMS Text Message that notified your order is Completed (It means shipped).
- An email with details of your order and Tracking Number.
You can also login into your account’s orders to view the Tracking Number: Click Here
- There may be a $10 extra charge for UPS or FedEx Saturday Delivery upon request.
- For UPS, USPS, FedEx, you will receive tracking number on the order completion status email prior to the departure of your order. You will be notified when the package has been departed via SMS text message.
How to buy from us?
Purchasing Live Fish
Our fishes are imported directly from our farm with the approval of U.S Custom, USDA, and U.S Fish and Wildlife Service Federal Agencies.
We will only ship the fish out in its good form described on our website. Any injured or disease will be noted to the buyer. However, we don’t ship out if the fish has any disease.
Pricing on our social media and on this website is fixed. We intend to always give our customers the best deals. We take on the hard part and the risks of bringing them from a different continent to you in good form.
Canceled order must be done prior to the ship day at least 48 hours. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP [email protected] to notify us in order to receive a full refund amount. Any cancelation after the ship is shipped won’t be considered for a refund.
Refund / Return
We always try our best to provide great customer service, buying experiences and satisfying our customers.
Refund will be processed if your order or canceled order meets the condition above. No refunds will be issued on fish those are shipped out unless in case the fishes arrive dead (Check Live Arrival Guarantee).
Unopened dry foods or fish care products will be accepted for a full refund within 30 days.
Return shipping is buyer responsibility. Please notify us before you ship back anything.
Failure to follow any section above will be considered as violating our policy and considered for no refund.
