How to place an order from us?

1. Placing an order

Place an order with your Puerto Rico address. Please create an account and login to place an order so we can easily track the order and for you to earn reward cocopoints

2. Choosing a suitable shipping service

During the checkout page, you will be able to choose between two of the following options:

  1. Direct flight to San Juan Airport (SJU) via Air Cargo service. You will have to come to the Cargo section within the airport to pick up the fish. You can read more about the process HERE. Air Cargo shipping only take within 24 hours to travel from our Airport to San Juan Airport. We suggest using Air Cargo as the safest shipping service and the best rate.
  2. FedEx or UPS service that ships directly to your doorstep. This could take between 1-3 business day for the shipping time.

2. Confirmation of Shipment Day

By default, we will pick the departure and arrival day for your shipment. You will be notified via email notification. You can also check for the delivery day of your shipment in your account or order tracking

We do understand that situations may arise that might lead to you changing the ship date. In those cases, please inform our customer service team via Live Chat Support immediately for accommodation.

3. Ship & Arrive

At this step, you have finished importing your fish and start acclimating the fish at your place follow our acclimation guide.
